This was awesome. So much worse with a vest. After this I squatted:

HURT!! This made the lunges show up. Then I did the WOD with the 4:00 PM class:

I called it a day after this. I wanted to do more mid day but I was out running errands and had less time in the box then anticipated. We will see how the legs feel tomorrow!
