I did not go super fast on this WOD but by the middle and end my lower back was lit up.....I just wanted the 10 min to end. Sit ups could have been a higher rep count.
I went upstairs and did Max push ups:

Overall I do not think that it was as productive a day as it looks on paper. I think some of that has to do with Thanksgiving and the BADDDD eating that took place.....included with the day after BADDDD eating that is now taking place. Tomorrow should be a good day in the box!
