AF WOD 5 and You Challenge

All done before 11:

25 Double Unders
25 Hand Release Push ups
60 M shuttle (10 M long)

I failed on my DU's Rd 2 and 3 and slowed way down on my push up speed.  I was not to happy with this time, also I did not get it on tape so I will probably redo it on Thur and tape it.  Next:

275 was harder then I thought it would be.  Then I did the 10 AM class:

Not what I was wanting on the Open WOD but after all the upper body I did I will accept it.  I also paced it alittle to slow in order to keep my hands feeling good from the earlier pull ups.  All in all a good day and done before 11 to be able to get everything ready for my wife's grandmas B-Day party!
