Yesterday, I ended up doing my HSPU's again:

Better then last time.....still not great. When i got home from work I went into the basement to work on some touch and go power cleans:

After watching the video I realized I barely opened my hips, I will work on fixing this.
Once I finished this I moved some weight outside to the garage and the humidity. I did WOD 3 of the Open:

I was not happy with this but based on all the cleans I did I accepted it. My goal is to get 45 reps!! I will do it!!
