Then:

Max Shoulder Press

190# x 1 (FAILED)

Then after that I decided to see how many pull ups I could cycle through. My hands got sweaty at the end so I needed to use chalk next time but I feel I can get in the 50's.

That was awesome! I don't think I could go any faster but my goal is sub 1:30 so I will have to. I still have plenty of time to get there.
