I wanted to be over 1,000#. That did not happen.....I was rounding my back at 405# DL and decided to stop and work on some heavy higher rep deads:
2 x 6 of 315#
2 x 7 of 315#
I am always trying to get better at my deadlifting but it is slow coming. I will continue to do what I can to increase my capacity and strength in this lift. When I got home:
50 Burpees:

Always fun doing burpees.....and they do not get easier every time you do them. I will continue to do them though!
