SLOW Karen

Morning WOD did not go well:

Slow as molasses.  Then:

Then in the class we did an all out row.  It sucked, I really felt the quads from yesterday.

500 M all out
1:26.6

Not happy with the day so I decided to stop and recover for tomorrow.
