Tight back

I have done a few good WODs Recently including redoing WOD 12.5 and Klepto.

Here is my link of 12.5
Klepto was a Main Site WOD:

4 Rds
27 Box Jumps 24'
20 Burpees
11 Squat Clean 145#

My time

Today I worked out with my wife:

20 Minutes
5 Clean and Jerks 185
10 C2B

I had to do this pretty slow because I was coaching but it was still a good WOD.  I then did another workout with Doug's brothers after coaching:

20 Min AMRAP
200 M Run
10 DL 185#
10 BJ 30'

My score
8 Rds + 2 BJ

Then I did a WOD a few hours later with Tara:

5 Rds
10 Push Jerk
20 Walking Lunge 45#

My time

We took about 20 Minutes off then some Deadlifts that have me tight:

5 Deadlift 325#

I did max reps on the final WOD and got 8.   Good training day now doing elements class later and then have some fun planned tomorrow.
