Rest Day

Me at my first Local Competition ever in Crown Point, IN back in 2010.  The deadlift weight was 225# and felt like 400#....I have come a long way, plus I was much smaller then.



  1. You say your were smaller, how did you put on size with crossfit ?

  2. 1 big reason is I was a vegetarian for 4 years before I started CrossFit and this was right before I started Paleo. I only started eating meet in the summer of 2010. I also started lifting heavier in my metcons more often and incorporating more strength into my programming. Which in turm made me eat more and gain about 10#'s of muscle.
