You say your were smaller, how did you put on size with crossfit ?
1 big reason is I was a vegetarian for 4 years before I started CrossFit and this was right before I started Paleo. I only started eating meet in the summer of 2010. I also started lifting heavier in my metcons more often and incorporating more strength into my programming. Which in turm made me eat more and gain about 10#'s of muscle.
