Death By Clean & Jerk and Main Site

I started the day with the class and then came up with a way to do a lot of Clean and jerks:

Death by Clean & Jerk
Maintain number you did Minute before until 20 Min

6 Bar Facing Burpees

Quads were hurting on this one and I was not able to rebound because my calves were cramping and my quads....oh man my quads.  I then had meetings all day....after Jada went to bed I did:

Death By Deficit Handstand push ups (3 or 4 inches)
