Bench Max and OHS Max...and oh ya...THE OPEN STARTS TOMORROW

Not sure if everyone knows this.  The OPEN starts tomorrow!  Again....The OPEN starts tomorrow!  So excited to start our season and compete against everyone in the world.  This is going to be another awesome year for CrossFit.  Before that happens, some training.....I started the morning off with a quick WOD with Karen:

21-15-9
C2B Pull ups
Box  Jumps 30'

My time

Then we started to work up to a 1 Rep Max Bench Press:

265 x 1
275 x 1
285 x 1
295 x 1
305 x 1 (FAILED)

Then I went right into working up to a 1 Rep OHS Max:

275 x 1
295 x 1
315 x 1
325 x 1 (FAILED)

I was pretty upset about this.  I got 315 easy and figured 325 would feel similar.  Unfortunately I was not able to get comfortable and was shaky.....and then on the way up it fell forward.  Oh well!  Then jumped into a WOD with Tara:

I ate something and took a break and then I hit:

Good day so far.  I plan to hit one I did awhile ago tonight after Jada goes to bed:

10 Burpees
10 Double KB Clean & Jerks 1.5 Pood

7:58 (9:40 last time)

We will see if this goes as planned!
