Well....as always I go into work on my day off on Thursday....so as always I have less time to train. Here is what I did with my time:

I was not very happy with the time but I was very nonchalant during the workout on the KBS and OHS. I was happy with my pull ups. I did the 100 in 3:30 and was not feeling bad at all when I got to the KBS. After this I waited until Tara came to the box and then did:

This was a good one. Tougher then I thought it would be. I thought the row would be best at the end since I hate it alone. I had some time after this before I had to run out to work so I did:
Deadlift 10 Rep
315 x 10
335 x 10
365 x 10
405 x 7
I wanted 405 x 10 but it was not happening today. I unloaded the bar and headed to work.
