Power Cleans and More Power Cleans

I took Jada to school and then headed to the gym to hit some strength before the 9 am class and work:

Front Squat 3 Rep
225 x 3
245 x 3
265 x 3
285 x 3
305 x 3

Worked up to heavy front squat but not to a 3 rep max.  Next I did the same for single Power cleans.  I realized my hamstrings and shoulders were shot and this was tough!:

Heavy Power Clean Single
225 x 1
245 x 1
265 x 1
285 x 1 (FAILED)

I had it high enough on the 285 I just pulled it out to far in front.  I then warmed up for the class which was a great WOD!!!!:

8 Power Cleans 185#

My score
11 Rds + 2 Power Cleans

I maintained a good pace throughout.  I felt good and tried to just keep moving. After this I was off for a quick shower and then work.  Getting better!
