I saw Johnson yesterday and really liked it. I knew today would be a day I was sore and a 20 Min heavy AMRAP would be rough.....but what better time to do this then the present:

I went SLOW on this. It did not help that I was drenched and was slipping all over the rings and about half way through a storm hit and the power went out while I was on the rings. I continued in the dark.....lets just say that slowed me down more. Oh well I will have to do it again later. I am getting out of work at a decent hour today so I will be hitting a couple more WODs tonight.
