The last two days were great...yesterday

15 air Squats on a med ball

Then-

Front squat 3 rep max
295 x 3

Squat clean 1 rep max
275 x 1

Then-

500 M row
44 double unders

Then in the morning today I did 3 WODS:

4 Rds
3 times through is 1 rd and then a minute rest between Rds

2 front squat 225#
10 ball slams 20#
5 strict pull ups

Then-

Overhead squat 95#
burpees

Later on in the night I did 50 unbroken 1.5 Pood KBS....then:

50 deadlifts 155#
