This morning I did 4 of the Regional WODs.....1 unofficial though. I started with the 5the WOD:
Squat Snatch 135#
Box Jump 30'
100 Pull ups
100 KBS 1.5
100 OHS 95#
Then I did Max thruster. I did not set up the ladder but in stead just worked m way up from 155#.
245# (Failed 255#)
I felt good about the day and my hands are wrecked. I know my times need to be much better in order to move on to the Games and I will work on getting there while trying to tone down for Regionals! Get better minute by minute day by day!
