I wanted run today but it turned out to not happen. Instead I deadlifted....and a lot, could have went heavier but was trying to be smart because of my hurt collar bone....135#:

This was my best Wod to date where I got tired and felt some weight. My rds went: 41-36-30-26-24. I liked it and could probably have increased the weight to 155# but I did not want to overdo it quite yet. Feel much better mentally this afternoon and am ready to start working hard!!
