I decided to try to go overhead since a majority of the movements in my competition next week are Overhead. I was worried but concentrated on staying tight. In the end......it went perfect!

Felt great that i was able to put that type of weight overhead and not feel a bit of pain......especially when I failed on a rep. After I was going to do Coe but didn't feel up to it so I did:
Max Pull ups
Hitting burpees and KBS tonight.
