Mondays Work

Sunday I was sore but did Max KBS:

61 (my hands got sweaty)

I cannot use chalk in my house but I need it for my KB, it gets slippery. I know I can do a lot more unbroken. We will see in the future.

The GHD's wrecked my calves. They were horrible on my legs, not my abs! Great day!

    Though I do think it is funny you do all of that extra stuff at home but you're not allowed to have a little bit of chalk
