Why are these so hard! I have been doing them with the hopes of it getting easier and me beginning to be able to increase reps....but this is enough and it is only last 4 minutes long! When will it get easier!
I am not sure if it will but I do know I will continue to do it because it gases me!
Before I did the sprints i played around with MU's:
4 mu's on the minute:
4 / 4 / 3 / 3 / 3 / 3 (could not get 4 on the last 4 minutes)
I am going to work up to being able to do 4 for 10 minutes!
