Took off today for some rest. But did play around with rope climbs, not enough to do some damage and also some hammer slams on the tire. Then:
This hurts every time and takes 4 Minutes! I love it! That's it, other then my burpees to come. I am wondering how the front of my calves hurt so much from yesterday...I am thinking it had to be from the GHD's. Back to work tomorrow.
