This hurt and I will have to remember it. The 30ft walk was down and back and it made the Thrusters brutal on the shoulders. Burpees tonight......and I am planning on Rowing 2000M again to lower my time for the competition.
On another note my sister is flying in from Florida today so I am excited to see her. It had been over a year since I have seen her....very excited and should be a lot of fun!!
