I was not thrilled about Failing on 255#, but I new I was still recovering so accepted it. After the Hang Cleans we had an Awesome WOD! One that I had done once before almost 4 months ago.....long time coming.....last time I did it I was happy with my time:

PR!....always good when that happens. I felt good because my DU's were on.....sit ups was where my speed was lacking, but I can work on that. After the DU's I let Brandon make up a WOD for me:
10 Rds (wearing a 20# vest):

Then DL work......which I love to hate......had a friend in the gym join me:
10 Rds (1 Rd a minute)
5 DL's w/ 275#
On the 11th Min AMRAP:
10 Reps
I was able to get 10 reps with 275# after the workout. I quit early but was happy with that.
At night:
50 burpees
My Time:
1:49
All in all it was the first day I felt well enough to do multiple things and that made me happy!
