Again Faster WOD 10

Well....I did it. Rowed 2K......sad thing is I have never rowed more then 1K for the sake of ROWING HURTS! I came to this conclusion and realized I need to start rowing more.....forcing myself to row more will be more like what I have to do:

2K Row:

Then:

50 Burpees:

My Time:
1:54

Tomorrow....back to hitting WODs as usual again....hoping to not have lost to much while I was sick.
