Tuesdays and Thursday mornings Brandon, a guy from Crossfit Michiana and myself began doing WODs together. It is hard with classes to be able to work out together. Here is what we did today:

Then to top it off:
20 KB Swings 1.5 Pood
15 Muscle Ups (No Time)
